The packing machine is designed for filling FIBC - flexible intermediate bulk containers ( big bags) with bulk material from 200 to 1,500 kg. The machine operates in automatic mode; the operator just attaches empty big bags to the filling nozzle and ties the bag after filling. 

The machine is capable of filling big bags with or without inliners, standard bags, four-loop bags, bags on pallet or without it. The machine is equipped with an automatic system for preliminary inflating of the big bag. The filling procedure starts with taring of the bag, continues with fast gross filling and ends with slower accurate weighed filling. During the filling, the aspiration system removes dust from the big bags. In the bottom section there is a weighing bridge with conveyor that weighs and moves the filled big bags from the packaging machine onto displacement conveyor from which the filled bags are removed by telescopic manipulator or forklift.
