The TPZ – V50 packing machine is designed for filling ventilated or open bags from 10 to 50 kg.

The batching scales are installed on a load cell bridge. The bridge is equipped with a displacement belt conveyor for removing the filled bags. The scales are equipped with a forming chamber for the bags. The operator inserts the bag inside the chamber and slips it onto the slip-on filling nozzle, where it gets fastened pneumatically. ThenOnce filled, the bag slides onto the displacement conveyor as the bottom of the forming chamber opens automatically. For filling of open bags, the packaging machine can be optionally equipped with a heat-sealing tool or sewing machine.
