The technological line for shredding peat brick harvested from bog-lands is designed for shredding of cut peat bricks and its subsequent addition to the existing peat sorting line to produce substrates.
The line starts with an input dosing hopper, from which the peat bricks are fed to the shredder. After gentle shredding, the material is conveyed by belt conveyors to the shredded material hopper.
From the hopper, the material is loaded by a loader into the storage hopper of the crushed peat and is conveyed to the production process on operating peat substrate mixing line.
