The machine is designed for production of compound fertilizes in individual batches.
The installation kit contains:
- 5 m3 stainless steel hopper
- Vertical blending element (screw) made of stainless steel
- 50 x 50 mm mesh sieve preventing excess contaminants entering the blending machine during filling
- Pneumatically driven stainless-steel flap
All the other structural elements are coated with chemical-resistant paints.
One blending batch equals to 5 tons.
The hopper is installed on load cells for dosing of initial components.
The machine is controlled by PLC with 7-inch touch screen.
